Acme Fire & Safety is looking for a permanent full-time fire protection service technician to join our team in beautiful Kamloops, BC.

Wage dependent upon experience. Please read carefully before applying.

Must-Have:

• Clean drivers abstract & be bondable
• Good attitude, Dependable, team player
• Work off ladders, lift up to 50LB comfortably
• Not looking for short term or part-time employee
• Mechanically inclined and not be afraid to get a little dirty
• Effectively be able to fill out required reports
• Self-starter that can work without supervision
• Good communication and customer service skills

*** Job requires use of Personal Protective devices such as respirators, and safety goggles.

Responsibilities will include:

• Servicing fire and life safety equipment, both in-shop and at customer locations throughout the interior.
• Servicing fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, emergency lighting, and much more.
• Travelling to remote Job sites occasioanlly.

No experience? but have an interest in the Fire Protection Industry.

Training will be provided
