Fishbone Restaurants known as a leader in Upscale Dining within the Simcoe Muskoka and York Regions, is searching for a talented, ambitious, driven and detailed Executive Chef to lead our Culinary Operations in Innisfil.

We are a Hospitality driven restaurant, providing a smaller menu that is focused on doing what we do, well.

MUST HAVE Minimum 5 years in an Upscale Dining environment.

Must have tremendous attention to detail with plating, organization, managing and mentoring staff, have understanding of financials, Food Cost controls and Labor Cost Management.

Cell Phone Allowance, Group Benefits, Research Dining Allowance, Bonus Structure based on Performance/Results

This position calls for roughly 50 hours weekly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
