We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable and motivated individuals to fill the positions of Flooring Installer. Ideally, the candidates will have epoxy/polyaspartic flooring experience to bring to the team. If you are hardworking and willing to learn, we can also provide the training.

Job Responsibilities

• Grind cement floors, pour liquid polyurethane, and apply polyaspartic, epoxy flooring.
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet installation deadlines; while adhering to company processes and procedures.
• Understand company product lines, machinery, and installation techniques.
• Proof and quality check materials against the work order
• Prep and load vehicle with necessary materials for next job order.
• Operate company vehicle and tools in a safe manner.
• Maintain equipment and keep the vehicle clean and organized.
• Resolve client concerns in a professional manner.
• Additional tasks as required; assist in manufacturing workshop if needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years flooring experience; epoxy or polyaspartic application preferred
• Painting or coating application experience is an asset.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and comfortable with manual labour.
• Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.
• Takes pride in work with a focus on quality product and service.
• Reliable and punctual with an excellent work ethic.
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Valid BC Driver’s license (Class 5) is an asset.
• Must find own transportation to shop warehouse located in Port Coquitlam
• Team Player with good verbal communication skills

Compensation

• Competitive hourly wage ($25-28 per hour) based on experience.
• Eligible for comprehensive benefits after 3 months
