We are currently looking for an environmental admin for our client in Lloydminster. This position will provide support in the areas of analytics and administration.

§ $27 - $30/hr. for an experienced individual; $22 - $24/hr if junior
Core Responsibilities
§ Support field and remote personnel
§ Perform office duties as required related to file setup, server clean up, template generation, work processes etc.
§ Support ProjectManagers with Client portfolios as required
§ Oversee document management and retention of technical, client and safety reports and forms
§ Support data entry and reporting from client and internal systems
§ Review and QA/QC documents, reports, and correspondence
§ Assisting with contractor management
§ Promote corporate, safety and environmental policies
§ Other office-related duties as required
Qualifications
§ Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
§ Strong communication (verbal, written, listening) and interpersonal skills
§ Highly motivated, innate positive can-do attitude having a desire to grow job responsibility
§ Efficient, highly organized, flexible and adapt easily to changing priorities
§ Establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships
§ Related post-secondary education
§ Siteview (Database) and AbaData (website) - Major asset
§ ISC (Website)
§ Knowledge of LSD’s
§ General Oilfield Knowledge
§ Related degree or diploma
§ 1-5 years experience in Alberta and Saskatchewan Oil & Gas or Environmental Industry
§ WHMIS
§ Solid customer service and team mindset
