JOB DESCRIPTION:

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

• 
  Coordinate and manage daily deliverables of the In-Service Engineering Structures team in order to measure progression, identify risks and help meet our objectives.

• 
  Coordinate activities with our Customer Response Center (CRC) and different engineering functions in order to complete our deliverables per the commitment made to airline operators.

• 
  Communicate with the customer with respect to the status of the cases and committed dates.

• 
  Participate to other engineering functions reviews (primary structure, secondary structure) in order to track progress, highlight risks and make sure commitments are respected.

• 
  Develop and maintain key performance indicators in order to support monthly department reviews.

• 
  Communicate effectively at all management levels, managers and directors;

• 
  Document, develop and improve current or new processes based on industry best practices.

As the ideal candidate,

• 
  You hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with a relevant experience of a minimum of ten (10) years in the aerospace industry;

• 
  You are willing to work a 12 hours shift/day consisting of a repeating (5 working days / 5 days off / 4 working days / 5 days off) schedule.

• 
  You are comfortable in interrogating aircraft structure repair;

• 
  You have knowledge of GSuite software

• 
  You are a dynamic person with initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, customer-oriented and good judgment;

• 
  You are organized, able to manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively, while working toward tight deadlines;

• 
  You have strong, written and spoken, communication skills in English. French is an asset;

• 
  Having knowledge of A220 engineering, drawing and configuration control systems is an asset;

• 
  Having a detailed knowledge of airline operation, engineering and maintenance is an asset.
