Title: Collection Service Representatives – Blue box

Location: Miller Waste Systems – Owen Sound

Reporting to: Route Supervisor

Shift: Starting at 6:30 am, Monday-Thursday with occasional Friday’s

Pay Rate: $26. 58

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
In the position of CSR, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Operating of a Rear Loader Truck or a Top Loader Recycle truck, and to ensure timely curb side collection of residential waste for the Town of Owen Sound. You must be highly productive and have excellent customer services skills; in addition, you may be required to help with Recycling and or Yard Waste Collection as needed. Must adhere to Miller Waste System safety protocols and must be familiar with occupational Health & Safety Act

Requirements:

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility with your work schedule is necessary as end times may vary. Statutory Holidays and/or Saturdays will be required at times.
• Excellent attendance and performance record
• You must be a team player, and with safe working habits as well as a clean driving record.
• This is a physically demanding position, so the ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly is a requirement.
