We are currently hiring a dispatcher to help meet our growing customer base and their shipping requirements. The dispatcher will be responsible organize equipment and drivers using the latest technology meeting customer demands. The successful candidate for this position requires adaptability and quick resolve skills dealing with last minute changes as they happen on the “fly”.
Job Summary
- Create and maintain driver relations
- Create and maintain customer relations
- Utilize and maximize equipment usage
- Dispatch drivers while superseding MTO HOS
- Submit customs documentation
- Receive and enter orders into TMS
- Supervise drivers during their work assignments
- Create rate quotes when required
- Carry company cell phone taking after hours call when required
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to work in a positive team environment in high pressure situations

- Detail oriented
- Clear communication, strong written and oral communication skills are essential
- Dedicated and reliable
- Quick accurate keyboard skills with experience in data entry is preferred
