We are looking for an experienced Design for Test (DFT) and Silicon Lifecycle Solutions Product Management Director . This is an opportunity to join Siemens’ Tessent division, reporting to the Vice President and General Manager.

Tessent product management leaders work closely with industry’s RTL, Verification, Physical Implementation, and Post-Si engineering teams throughout the lifecycle of a project, from an early investigation stage all the way through tape-out and siliconvalidation/characterization/qualification on ATE and system board.

You will handle and drive alignment of Tessent projects with customers with distributed teams of SoC DFT engineers responsible for architecting and implementing silicon projects.

The role requires passion for fostering collaboration, and ability to optimize a high-performance Tessent engineering and product management team with a light-touch approach.

As Product Management Director, you will Interface with high-level customers, engineers, and managers to develop or enhance complex computer-aided engineering design or manufacturing processes.

The job requires knowledge of SoC DFT and Yield Management System (YMS) methodologies, with deep knowledge of post-silicon methodologies employed by our customers.

Responsible for managing a team that delivers in-depth technical papers and presentations to customers, providing supervision on complex projects, while giving latitude to senior engineers for independent judgment and discretion.

• Drive product adoption.

• Work with customers as well as stakeholders such as regional application engineers, global support engineers, and marketing.

• Work through complex business and technical issues to ensure the team creates solutions and new methodologies.

• Explain complex principles in simple terms to broad audiences.

• Some travel, domestic and international

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in EE or CS

• Minimum 20 years experience

• Yield Management System, instead of hierarchical DFT.

• EDA experience, instead of SISW - MG experience.
