- Amazon and additionally work business to business working with veterinarian businesses.
About The Opportunity - Director Of Marketing
- Report directly to the CEO
- Oversee entire marketing department, to include marketing, innovation, and customer service
- Be an essential part of the leadership team to develop, communicate, and execute the marketing strategy and plans
- Create brands' revenue projections and ensure marketing strategies align with goals and objectives
- Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts
- Build, hire, and lead the marketing function
- Conduct industry, competitive and customer research to identify new customers, influencers, partners, and revenue opportunities
- Develop clear positioning and messaging for the brands
- Work with external agencies, vendors, and contractors to support marketing, product innovation, and brand development
- Analyzing customer feedback and campaign performance
- Develop budgets for research and development, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections
- Organizing and attending company conferences, trade shows, and major events
- Oversee entire marketing strategy including digital marketing, advertising, social media marketing and content marketing

- Experience working with external agencies, vendors

- Experience hiring and building successful marketing teams
- Big-picture thinker with a growth, revenue, and demand generation mindset
- Strong digital marketer and can wear multiple hats
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, building environment
