  • Work with program and organization leaders to achieve optimal contractual requirements and participant outcome targets.
  • Manage all aspects of the contract and administrative activities, including measuring the performance of the contract and ensuring service standards are met
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence and facilitate solution development
  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset, leading program management to develop and monitor action plans which improve and optimize performance; ensuring lessons are learned from challenges and solutions developed and implemented

What you bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Administration or related discipline
  • A minimum of ten (10) years’ cumulative experience establishing and administrating the contract management unit of a national complex program, with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a leadership role in this capacity
  • Experience with oversight of performance measurement and quality management of a multidisciplinary health services program
  • Experience with oversight of contract security team
  • Experience with oversight of a claims processing and invoicing management team, preferably leading operations of a provincial or federal government contract

What we offer

  • Comprehensive and flexible health and dental benefits

  • Generous time off allowance to support work-life balance
  • A diverse and inclusive workplace with a track record of high employee engagement and teamwork
