Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products and services. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that promote our company and its products and services
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook and Instagram ads and campaigns, Google marketing campaigns (including keyword research, setting up campaigns, and monitoring ad spend), and email marketing
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Design and maintain the company's website and graphic materials to ensure consistent branding and user experience
  • Ensure website is up to date with relevant content and monitor website performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably with B2B and/or SaaS companies
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing Facebook and Instagram ads and campaigns, Google marketing campaigns (including keyword research, setting up campaigns, and monitoring ad spend), email marketing, and other digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • Experience with web and graphic design, including proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Heap Analytics, Amplitude)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
