Acronym is hiring a Digital Analyst to join our Analytics & Optimization team. This team member will work closely with a small team of Analytics Architects, Analysts, and Engineers to produce and present insightful & articulate analyses and performance reporting. This role will provide front-line support to internal and external stakeholders for questions about web performance, tool implementation, and deliverable schedules. The successful candidate will utilize business & marketing knowledge and problem solving & analytical skills to learn how things work – and make them work better!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Performing strategic analyses of web, app, and marketing activity data to solve challenges and identify opportunities relating to website performance, customer intent, and marketing campaign performance. You will be spotting meaningful trends, identifying drivers and root-causes, and conducting gap analyses to ultimately provide actionable recommendations based on this data.
  • Collaborating internally to ensure that deliverable schedules are met and communicate directly with client stakeholders to set and manage expectations.
  • Communicating results of data analysis and reporting clearly to non-technical stakeholders by providing actionable recommendations (marketing and technical) based on this data. Additionally, you will be condensing large (and sometimes disparate!) data sets and analyses into memorable takeaways.
  • Building and presenting marketing channel and competitive analyses.
  • Helping Clients and internal stakeholders utilize their web analytics toolsets better. This will include answering data & reporting-related questions, assisting in the configuration of Analytics tools, and providing strategic recommendations to Clients on tool usage.
  • Staying on top of the latest industry best practices, trends, and offerings to share both internally and externally.

NEED TO HAVE:

  • A strong drive to be in Client-oriented environments where above-average communication, collaborative, critical thinking, active listening, and project management skills are a given. You should revel in the fast pace of a nimble digital agency that demands outstanding deliverables while rising to the ever-evolving challenges of the digital space.
  • Two or more years of experience in Digital Analytics, with at least one year experience using Adobe Analytics. Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner Certification is preferred, or ability to receive within three months from start date.
  • Strong written, verbal, data visualization, and presentation skills. Your presentations tell the story in a beautiful, exciting, and actionable way.
  • Above average Excel skills. You appreciate vlookups and know your way around other indexing formulas (or have a desire to learn!). You must be able to debug existing templates and formulas.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills. We love people who enjoy solving complex problems autonomously.
  • An eye for quality control and is exactingly detail oriented.
  • Experience managing work: account management and project management skills are preferred. You are task-oriented, disciplined, and able to manage concurrent, competing priorities across Clients from start to finish.

GREAT TO HAVE:

  • Paid media and/or financial, hospitality, or eCommerce industry experience are highly preferred.
  • Previous media agency experience or has worked in an environment similar to an agency where you are reporting to multiple stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Data Studio, PowerBI, and Tableau.
  • Experience with 3rd party tools such as Search Monitor, SEMRush, Sensor Tower, Google Trends, Alexa, or other competitive analysis tools.
  • Analytics Debugging experience (leveraging tools like Omnibug and Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger) to inspect on-page data collection.
