Job description
We’re currently looking to hire an experienced Studio Manager. You love organizing and assigning tasks. You love to mentor staff; to help others grow into themselves and their careers.
Main responsibilities include:
- Keep client tasks organized throughout the company
- Help develop client processes
- Help develop business processes
- Establish and accomplish business objectives/deliverables
- Being able to understand the start-up/small business mentality
Required skills:
- Must have worked in a creative agency before, or something related
- Diploma or degree in business, design or something related
- Must have 3-5 years of management experience
- Must have 2+ years of project management experience
- Must have Graphic and Web design background / knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Is a team player
- Extremely organized
- Time management skills
Nice to have:
- Have project management certification
- Familiar with Asana, Trello, and/or Monday
- Has a creative/design background
