RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service through the delivery, pickup, care, and service of furniture and other home furnishings
• Move heavy home furnishings on a daily basis with extreme care
• Demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and a positive attitude while working in our customers’ homes
• Accountable for commitment to our company’s safety procedures and guidelines
• Adhere to traffic and transportation laws
• Maintain, clean, and supply the delivery trucks
• Organize and manage time independently
• Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management

YOU WILL BRING:

• Previous moving experience
• Valid work permit for non-residents
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory, minimum 3 years’ driving experience and a clean driver’s abstract with no driving complaints
• Thorough understanding of geographic locations and ability to read a map
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy furniture
• Knowledge and experience with furniture assembly an asset, but not mandatory
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
