Customer Service Representative - Remote Job at ADTRONICS
Duties:
- Build rapport with clients, to help ensure the specific needs of our clients are met.
- Handle an average of 70+ incoming calls and live chats from our website from adjusters, vehicle owners, appraisers, and body shops.
- Assist with open file management, document and communicate updates to clients.
- Respond promptly to customer needs.
- Manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
- Follow up calls whenever commitments are made to the client.
- Must be able to identify the complaint, offer a resolution, and set an expectation for resolution on complaint calls.
- Recognize and use judgment in escalating issues to management.
- Triage new information to the appropriate party/department.
- Handle emails and faxes in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain reports as needed.
Skills:
- Must display strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients, vehicle owners and body shops
- Must engage work with a high sense of urgency and detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and multitasking skills
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Type a minimum of 35-40 WPM
