Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Incoming calls (average 40-60 calls daily) with efficiency and accuracy
- Placing orders via phone and email
- Responding to stock availability & pricing inquiries
- Tracking shipments
- Reaching individual and departmental targets including call volume, average call time, order entry accuracy etc.
- Handling goods being returned & organizing pick up arrangements with couriers
- Problem Solving client issues
Successful Candidate Must Have the Following Skills:
Personal Skills and Abilities: Positive and confident professional demeanour; strong communications skills, both written & verbal in English & French. Ability to multi-task in a well-organized manner; impeccable attention to detail; ability to prioritize and adapt to changing requirements; personable with an ability to form relationships and encourage cooperation without having the authority over such. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Functional Experience, Skills and Abilities: Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service position, call centre environment an asset. Must be very strong in Outlook. Experience in AS400 an asset, but not required.
Advantages:
