Position Description:
A Customer Service Representative help customers with questions, complaints, concerns, or any issues that they might have with a product or service. The main purpose of this role is to build and maintain an excellent working relationship with customers whilst continually striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and therefore maximizing the potential for increased sales and retention.

Summary of Duties:

  • Communicate with clients to diagnose technical issues and resolve them
  • Provide step-by-step instructions to fix technological issues
  • Resolving Network issues
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software
  • Scheduling technician if needed
  • Provide backup solutions whenever necessary
  • Keep detailed logs of client problems, solutions, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide instructions in simple terms
  • Work together with other Technical Support Specialists or Networking department to find solutions to more complex issues.
  • Simultaneously maintain communication with customers while troubleshooting technical issues
  • Establish customer’s communications needs and successfully sale and up-sale products when deemed beneficial
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Must be able to work in Canada
  • Must be able to communicate orally and verbally in English
  • Strong previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Organized, structured, and professional, with passion and drive
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively as a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage varied workload in a face paced working nvironment
  • Accountable and flexible
  • Integrity under pressure
  • Practices and maintains integrity while following the Company policies and procedures
  • Creates a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge

Assets:

  • Call Center Experience
  • Telecommunication and network experience (but not essential)
  • First Aid training
