AMI Attachments Inc. is currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor. The Parts Advisor provides customer service to dealers to place parts orders, this involves parts breakdown, finding the correct parts required by the customer. Data entry for documentation, quotes, order confirmations etc. Answer general inquiries by phone, emails for internal & external customers.

EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

• Post secondary education & relevant experience in a parts department
• Technical knowledge specific to the heavy equipment industry
• Customer focus: proven ability to build & maintain relationships through effective communication & strong interpersonal skills
• Positive and motivated team player with a sense of urgency & attention to detail
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP databases, word, excel
