Job Summary

· Greeting clients, answering phones, screening support emails and online support requests.

· Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written English communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver timely results.

· Must be able to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and be very detail oriented

· Positive and professional team attitude – punctual, trustworthy, and reliable

· Strong attention to detail and time management/organization skills

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Record and relay information, schedule, and confirm appointments.

· Customer service skills & ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Draft, modify edit and proofread documents.

Requirements

· Good interpersonal skill

· Willing to learn and grow at a fast pace

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Comfortable with technology and working tightly with a team

· Previous customer service experience is preferred

· Knowledge of a second language is an asset

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Bluemyth Technologies is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • Saturday and Sunday, 9am-5:30pm
  • 8 hours shift

Salary: From $17 per hour

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: $15.65-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Every Weekend

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

  • BURNABY, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
