We are looking for a Service Coordinator to provide support to our clients and technicians. This position includes dispatching; client and technician coordination, and is based out of our Port Coquitlam office. This is the backbone of the company and we need someone who can multitask and who wants to "own" their own zone of techs. This position is able to make an impact company-wide.

As a Service Coordinator you will be working in a dispatch environment and will be expected to work with multiple departments, as well as the field technicians, to ensure effective and efficient schedule coordination, maintenance contract management and pre-quote preparation. Exemplary customer service and support; interface with customers and other departments is necessary to ensure successful completion of service.

Knowledge of basic HVAC repair estimates is an asset and/or experience in a technician dispatching environmental.

Must be able to work On-Call (1 out of every 10-12 weeks), as a member of the team.

  • Proven time management and judgment skills; able to prioritize under pressure.
  • A self-starter with attention to detail.

Basic literacy and typing/data entry assessments will be administered during the interview process.
