Job Description


Hourly wage from $17.80/hr

Schedule: Be available from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
Permanent, full-time position (total of 40 hours / week)
Office work only (no hybrid mode)
Location : 3080 Boul. le Carrefour, Laval, QC H7T 2R5, Canada

Reporting to the Call Centre Supervisor, the Customer Service Agent is the direct link between our customers and the company. As an agent, you will have the pleasure of:

  • Respond to incoming calls from customers seeking information on the prices and operation of our various sites.
  • Guide clients to the website.
  • Listen, understand and resolve client needs.
  • Effectively communicate and respond to written and verbal questions and comments.
  • Creating and maintaining record of daily issues and actions taken using the tools provided.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a similar role
  • Microsoft Suite Products (word, excel etc.)
  • Ability to comply with call center procedures and standards
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Reliability, diligence and punctuality
