The Consumer Taxation Programs Branch (CTPB) develops and delivers administrative and compliance programs under four consumption tax acts, namely the Provincial Sales Tax Act, Tobacco Tax Act, Carbon Tax Act and Motor Fuel Tax Act.

As Branch Coordinator, you will provide support to branch management and staff and coordinate office administration and financial functions, human resources, payroll, records management, facilities, and asset management.

We offer flexible work arrangements, including the opportunity to volunteer to telework (with conditions) as set out in applicable employer policies. Employees new to a role should expect to be primarily in the workplace during the first six months or probationary period, as applicable.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

Education & Experience:

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • Experience providing administrative and financial support services for a group of staff.


Preference may be given to candidates with the following:

  • Experience leading others.
