Description :
The Montréal West Island Integrated University Health and Social Services Center (MWI IUHSSC) is currently looking for a clinician nurse to fill a full time replacement, evening shift position at the Lachine Ex-hospital.

- Carry out a care plan requiring advanced knowledge, as well as ensuring the evaluation and revision of clinical tools for complex health problems or those with various biopsychosocial dimensions;
- Provide nursing care and treatment to restore or maintain health and prevent disease;
- To provide education to the patient and his/her family in order to increase the level of autonomy and well-being;
- Identify the needs of the users and the interventions requiring coordination of services within the establishment and between the different establishments or organizations in the area;
- Ensure the orientation of new personnel and participate in the training of trainees.

- Holds a bachelor's degree in nursing or a bachelor's degree with three (3) qualifying certificates, at least two (2) of which are recognized nursing certificates;
- Is a member of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec;
- Is able to establish a therapeutic relationship with a French and English-speaking clientele;
- Is able to work independently;
- Has initiative;
- Has a collaborative work ethic with the multidisciplinary team focused on patient care;
- Is able to communicate and interact with an elderly clientele.
