The Repair Tech works as part of a repair team that tackle a variety of repairs including mobile devices, tablets, laptops and other portable devices. The repair tech will be required to meet daily (3:30pm) deadlines for repairs. A successful repair technician works as a leader and a team member to coordinate, organize and complete daily work loads.

Repairs are not alway straightforward. They require strong communication and problem solving skills to meet the needs of the customers, the business and execute on brand promises.

Responsibilities:

1.Repair common smartphone devices including iPhones, Samsung, Sony and Etc.

  • Diagnose and problem solve phones with unknown problems
  • Formulate hypothesis based on experience and knowledge
  • Test hypothesis and devise solutions for uncommon repairs

Example: Customer brings in an iPhone 6 that does not turn on, as a tech you will likely test charge port, test power button, test battery. You end up figuring out that the charge port was broken hence the phone was not receiving charge and turning on! Proceed to fix charge port.

Training:

We will provide hands on training to all technicians (initial repair knowledge an asset but not required)
