Synergy Windows and Doors Inc. is a fast-paced growing company making architectural windows and doors. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our carpentry team!
Must be willing to commute to London
Reports to: Production Manager

Job Requirements:
- Accurately read and follow production paperwork including drawings
- Frame assembly and sub assembly of wood and aluminum windows
- Sash building & hanging along with assembly on windows
- Frame assembly including curves in both wood and aluminum products
- Sanding products and finishing of products
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a finish carpenter, renovation carpenter, framing, framing carpentry, cabinetry and woodworking is an asset
- Must be able to operate all of the following equipment efficiently and safely: Table saw, band saw, mitre saw, nail guns, staple guns, impact drills, hand tools and use of a tape measure.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to solve problems and look for creative solutions

Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Tape measuring: 5 years (preferred)
- Carpentry or wood working: 1 year (required)
- Door building: 1 year (preferred)
