TT: hybrid about 1 day a week

Responsibilities:

• Update the client's needs;
• Set up a specification
• Run an RFI to see what the market is offering
• Conduct an RFP and make the selection of a new solution, or if necessary, to renew with the current supplier.
• candidate must collect the needs and issue an RFI to identify possible solutions, make the required recommendations and go back to RFP to select the supplier.
• the candidate will also support the project to implement the new solution for the majority of municipalities in Quebec.

Required:

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a business analyst
• Experience/knowledge of RFI and RFP process
• Experience in solution selection
• Candidates must have extensive experience in the municipal world and know business processes.

Bilingualism: French 5/5 and English 3/5

Description:

Le client possède un système de paie et système comptable de la compagnie Harris, qui leur a indiqué qu'ils allaient augmenter leur prix de plus de 50% et donc l'Union des municipalité refuse cette augmentation et aimerait aller voir sur le marché ce qui pourrait remplacer cette solution.

Ils ont besoin d'un profil similaire à Raymond Prévost qui ne peut prendre ce mandat car il serait en conflit d'intérêt.

Le besoin est de remettre à jour les besoins du client, de monter un cahier de charge, de lancer un RFI pour voir ce que le marché offre et ensuite de conduire un RFP et faire la sélection d'une nouvelle solution, ou le cas échéant, de renouveler avec le fournisseur actuel.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $75.00-$90.00 per hour

• Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
