Blow Molding Technician Job at ONEWORLD STAFFING SOLUTIONS
An esteemed packaging company in Richmond Hill is looking for a blow molding technician.
Job Responsibilities
- Includes mold changing and completing the initial setup procedures (installing molds, tooling, calibrations etc.)
- Capable of profiling, programming, setting cycle time, as well as start-up new jobs with no prior recipe provided.
- Responsible for putting machines into production including trouble shooting machines, and product issues noted by the QA department.
- Must perform all production functions and completes mold changes in a timely manner.
- The primary objectives are to maximize machine operating time and maintain quality levels.
- Responsible for changing molds and all downstream equipment to meet production schedules.
- Start up or shut down machinery.
- Fine tune machines to improve production efficiencies and minimize cycle times.
Requirements
- Candidate must have knowledge of: Mold Change/Set-ups, Quality Control, Trouble Shooting
- Identify and diagnose mechanical issues
- 2 years’ experience required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
