We're looking for 2 positions right now. Day shift and Evening shift.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Supervisor experience an asset
Former contact center experience an asset
Great communication, written and verbal
Attention to detail
Passion for learning and development
Strong English skills
**Must be bilingual** French and English spoken
Must be resident of New Brunswick
Responsibilities
Inbound sales and customer service calls
Email and online chat application
Keeping yourself organized and being able to prioritize tasks
Skills & Experience
Positive, can-do attitude even when faced with challenging situations
Able to be self-directed
Ability to multitask with multiple applications in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate reliability and consistency of attendance
Is team focused
