Location: Onsite (1189 Colonel Sam Drive, Oshawa Ontario, L1H 8W8)

We are growing our team of Bilingual French and English Customer Service Advisors. This is a great opportunity for you to build a customer service career.

What will you do in this role?

As a Bilingual French and English Customer Service Advisor at Concentrix, you will:

• Welcome customers to the brand and our variety of products
• Handle multiple call types from our various members in North America and answer general customer inquiries clearly and professionally in both French and English
• Assist customers with navigation and roadside assistance or vehicle warranty and recalls while making tailored recommendations on our products and services to meet their needs
• Obtain, file, and input customer information and data
• Listen attentively to our Member’s needs, while demonstrating empathy and building rapport

Who You Are:

As a Bilingual French and English Customer Service Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge, and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:

• The ability to read, write, and speak French and English fluently
• A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)
• 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial
• The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week. Currently, we are not hiring students.
