Bilingual Automotive Parts Advisor - New Liskeard Job at Wilson Chevrolet Buick GMC

Welcome to Wilson Chevrolet Buick GMC in New Liskeard. We are presently seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our Parts Department in the capacity of Parts Advisor. French and English bilingual preferred.
The ideal candidate has:
- An outgoing personality
- Dealership Parts experience preferred - we will train the right individual
- Fluent in both English and French
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent time management skills
- Motivated, organized and a desire to serve the customer
- Clean driver's abstract and a valid driver's license
- Team oriented
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients both at retail, technician counter and on phones
- Look up parts per client needs
- Advise of pricing and availability
- Work with service and parts teams to ensure clients' vehicles are ready when promised
- Keep clients informed of progress and any backorder situation
- Help with shipping/receiving as necessary
- Ensure complete client satisfaction while achieving dealerships goals
- Ability to multi task and shift priorities as business dictates
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to details
