Canadian Executive Search Group Inc is looking for a Maintenance Technician in the Paint department of a manufacturing facility that specializes in automotive parts manufacturing.
Paint maintenance technicians use a variety of machines and tools to perform their job duties, including:

Compensation:$20-$28/hr
Shift: 3rd 11:30 pm-7:00 am
Responsibilities
- Conducting routine maintenance checks on paint application equipment, such as sprayers, pumps, and guns, to ensure they are in good working order.
- Performing repairs on equipment when it is not functioning properly or has been damaged.
- Monitoring and adjusting paint mixtures and application settings to ensure consistency and quality of the paint job.
- Cleaning and maintaining the workspace and equipment to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of equipment before and after paint jobs.
Paint maintenance technicians use a variety of machines and tools to perform their job duties, including:
- Spray guns and paint pumps
- Pressure washers and power washers
- Sandblasting equipment
- Hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers
- Diagnostic equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
Qualifications
- 2 years Community College in Electronics, Robotics, or Mechanics or three years related experience in Electronics, Robotic Mechanics
- High mechanical aptitude and ability to work flexible hours
- Welding (asset)
- SPC training (asset)
- PLC Programming experience (asset)
- Computer literacy with an emphasis on MS Word and Excel (asset)
- Able to wear PPE ie. Respirator, gloves, glasses, etc.
