Our team at Lambton Kia is expanding and this may be your opportunity to join this award-winning dealership. We are seeking the services of a positive, customer service oriented, hard-working individual who would like to join our team as a full-time or part-time Service and Parts Advisor.
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, greeting customers, providing advice on recommended or required services for vehicles, and explaining the benefits of general vehicle maintenance. As a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for ordering parts, checking in parts, billing out parts, and ensuring parts are available for service repairs.
Some key attributes would include exceptional customer service skills, punctuality, organizational skills, and commitment to the satisfaction of our customers.
Experience in the automotive industry would be considered an asset, but is not a requirement. Customer service experience would be preferred.
