Automotive Lease Administrator Job at Stampede Leasing Ltd.

We are seeking a full-time person to fill the position Lease Administrator to join the Stampede Leasing team immediately. The Lease Administrator is responsible for maintaining and updating all lease-related documentation and ensuring data integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the administrative tasks with in-house leasing; this will include but not limited to reviewing lease packages to ensure documentation is complete and accurate
  • Maintain and track critical dates and lien registration
  • Create lease maturity follow up and lien release letters
  • Prepare bill of sale
  • Follow up on customer payment issues, final notices, update insurance and registration, payouts
  • Create and issue renewal letters and lien release letters
  • Customer inquiry follow up
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications & Attributes

  • 1-2 years of automotive experience preferred
  • Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and CRM software
  • Demonstrates solid organizational and ability to work quickly with accuracy
  • Results oriented with strong telephone etiquette
  • Adaptable to change and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Fit with our hardworking, community focused, and customer driven culture
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada by any employer, without restrictions

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

  • accounting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Class 5 Licence (preferred)
