We're recruiting a superstar Assistant Manager to join our team in Parksville, BC!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide guests with a personalized shopping experience and excellent customer service.
  • Greet and assist customers using Suzanne’s Customer Service Experience Sequence.
  • Assist store manager in merchandising and administrative duties.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently on POS system.
  • Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.
  • Collaborate with team to maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Stay up to date on Suzanne’s fashion trends and merchandise arrivals.
  • Build relationships with guests to create a loyal customer base.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, perform light housekeeping duties.
  • At least one year of relevant experience.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly positive and outgoing personality.
  • Experience with meeting sales goals/targets an asset.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and comfortable with cash register.
  • Punctual and reliable.
