ClearCar is a fresh take on the pre-owned buying experience. At ClearCar we provide the customer with a seamless vehicle purchase experience from beginning to end. The ClearCar Sales Concierge guides their customers throughout the entire purchase experience from the first Hello to Financing and Delivery. No shuffling from person to person or department to department. As a Concierge you’ll support the customer every step of the way. Such a unique role requires a unique candidate:


Your contribution:

  • Working with Sales Associates and leading team towards targets, including measuring performance, and evaluating trades.
  • Commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Providing highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Developing and executing the selling cycle.
  • Structuring new and used car transactions and assisting Sales team with closing tactics.
  • Utilize CRM tools and systems to maximize sales result.
  • Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
  • This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

What it takes to be part of our dynamic team:

  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and communicational skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • A Current VSA MDC License.
  • A valid British Columbia Driver’s License with a good driving record.
  • Ability to maintain records and prepare reports using a computerized system.
  • Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
  • Possess a track record of success in a retail sales environment.
  • Have the ability to provide strong, dynamic leadership, guiding the dealership’s overall business success.
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred.
