  • A secondary school diploma OR an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in providing general administrative or clerical support services in an office setting or virtual environment (such as but not limited to managing a calendar, organizing meetings and preparing documents for those meetings, handling emails and responses, maintaining a filing system and reminders.)
  • Experience providing customer services.
  • Experience using spreadsheet, word processing and email software.

EDUCATION
  • Postsecondary diploma in a domain related to business office administration.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in providing general administrative support services to senior management*.
  • senior management is defined as manager level or above.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing documents (such as but not limited to correspondence, written documents, presentations, reports.)
  • Experience in business travel support services such as making travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, and processing travel claims.
  • Experience analyzing and maintaining financial data OR in the preparation of reports on financial activities.
  • Experience in administrative support in human resources.
  • Experience in supervision or in leading teams.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Some positions may require the willingness to work overtime occasionally and on short notice, to work weekends and/or to travel.

  • Security clearance: Reliability or secret, depending on the position to be staffed.
