YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep the agenda up to date;

Participate in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets,

Prepare meeting notices, webcasts, meeting reports, presentations and agendas.

Make travel reservations and complete expense accounts;

Act as a resource person during the integration of new employees (requests for access, requests for computer equipment, transmitting the company's culture, responding to various requests, etc.)

Support the members of the management team for various requests (eg: vacations);

Ensure and coordinate the technical logistics surrounding certain events, in particular teamwork workshops and webcasts

Correct, revise, translate and publish various communications

Prepare and process various purchase requests

Administer and process various information and various confidential documents;

Participate in meetings with other administrative assistants to exchange work methods.

Support various confidential projects as needed

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS

College diploma (DEC) in secretarial studies, office automation or other relevant training

3 years of relevant experience;

Good knowledge of the following software: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, GSuite;

Fluency in French and English both written and spoken;

Essential qualities of organization and autonomy, rigor and attention to detail,

Have a good team spirit, show resourcefulness, good sense of initiative, be able to work under pressure;

Respect for confidentiality and great professionalism;

Promote continuous improvement in their daily work;
