Reporting to the Director, in the Digital & Technology Business Unit, the Administrative Assistant will provide high-level
administrative and digital support by completing special projects, handling information requests, preparing and managing
correspondence and presentations, and coordinating and scheduling meetings. The position is a visible member of the Division and
will have a strategic focus on increasing the administrative effectiveness of the Division using enabling technologies. A key
component of this position is to#maintain communication#with staff at all levels within the Corporation#and various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment, with a strong focus on innovating using
available productivity and collaboration tools.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Business Partnership and VMO departments, plan, facilitate and support the divisional business
reviews.
- Leverage modern digital workplace technology (such as Microsoft 365, Miro, and Power Platform) to integrate and optimize
- Actively participate as a member of the Digital Leadership Team; maintain an understanding of divisional issues and required
trends; and participate in and/or lead cross divisional or cross-functional process improvement teams.
- Support the Director in the preparation of VP and board reports; executive and board recommendations; briefing notes and
- Leverage technology to manage the flow of information, scrutinize and direct matters to the appropriate areas within the
attention to deadlines and urgent matters for the Director and Managers.
- Collaborate with the D&T VP Executive Assistant and the D&T Divisional Admin Assistants to drive alignment across the
initiatives.
- In conjunction with the Value Management Office and department managers, facilitate the planning and managing of divisional
- Arrange meetings, appointments, seminars, and functions, as required for the Director and Managers, including the
credit card statements for the Division.

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 plus four years of related experience.
- Grade 12 plus successful completion of business/administrative courses and three years of related experience.

- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to

- Demonstrated ability in maximizing the effectiveness of digital tools as they relate to the function of the position, including, but
not limited to, Office 365, Teams, PowerBI, SharePoint Online, SAP and HRMS with the willingness and capacity to learn
other systems as required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated emotional intelligence in navigating relationship building and change
- Superior verbal and written communication skills. Highly demonstrated administrative skills including excellent business
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and security.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, organizational structure, objectives, and basic operations.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead and/or facilitate process improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and security.
- Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft M365 and Power Platform is considered an asset.
Salary Range
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $28.20-$38.30 Hourly,
$54,044.12-$73,389.42 Annually.
