As a Summer Customer Service Representative, you will gain valuable experience working in the financial services industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to fine tune your business communication skills and learn important administrative processes.

The responsibilities for this role include the following:

  • Receiving inbound telephone calls from current plan subscribers that have questions regarding their plan;
  • Making outbound telephone calls to current plan subscribers;
  • Responding to subscriber inquiries via telephone and email;
  • Data entry of student and plan information; and
  • Numerical filing of documents.

Job Requirements:

  • College / university student or graduate;
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal;
  • Self-motivated;
  • Ability to multi-task; and
  • Ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
