Job Opportunity: Secretary for Apex Glass

organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional

Position: Secretary

Responsibilities:

● Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email, providing

them with friendly and professional service.

● Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and

correspondence.

● Manage the appointment scheduling system, coordinating with clients and

technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

● Maintain accurate records of customer information, orders, and payments using

Quickbooks.

● Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies, tracking stock

levels, and coordinating with suppliers.

● Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents

accurately and in a timely manner.

● Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient office operations, including filing,

organizing documents, and maintaining a clean workspace.

● Provide administrative support to the management team

Requirements:

● High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional certification or

training in office administration is a plus.

● Proven experience as an office secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar

role.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional phone

etiquette.

● Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

● General computer literacy.

● Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.

● Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

● Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

● Knowledge or interest in the glass industry is preferred but not required.

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
