Tonic Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre is a busy Private practice Clinic with an amazing multidisciplinary team including Registered Physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists, and a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner. We are currently looking for another energetic and dedicated Physiotherapist to compliment and join our team on a part time basis.

We offer compensation on as percentage split based on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for someone available Mondays and Thursdays (preferable to full days and at least one evening) with the possibility of extending hours.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES

As a Physiotherapist, you will:

• Provide patients with individualized plans of care by accurately assessing, communicating, and providing hands-on treatment to facilitate the goals of that patient
• Complete written reports on JaneApp for each patient, including ongoing evaluations, ensuring all documentation is aligned with the CPO standards of practice
• Contribute to our team through collaboration, cross-referrals as needed, and through strong leadership and example

QUALIFICATIONS

To take on the role of Physiotherapist, you must:

• Be a registered member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Be passionate about your profession and committed to ongoing professional development and to providing high quality of patient care
• Thrive in a fast-paced busy environment by implementing your strong strong skills in critical thinking and decision-making
• Have excellent time management and organizational skills with an ability to work independently
• Be comfortable working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Be empathetic with an effective ability to build rapport with patients
• Experience is an asset
• Understanding of Auto Insurance and WSIB claims is an asset

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $42.00-$45.00 per hour

All common areas of the clinic are cleaned immediately after patient use and disinfected prior to the next patient arriving.
