Musashi Auto Parts Canada Inc. is looking for dedicated, reliable and hardworking team members as Production Associates for a variety of departments. The ideal candidates must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and work in a team environment while making quality parts and achieving company goals in Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery (SQCD).

Starting Rate: $22.51 per hour (Effective October 3) + shift premium (ranging from $1.50, $2.50 and $3.50 per hour depending on the hour of the day)

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years manufacturing experience or related experience;
• Able to achieve a passing grade on Musashi pre-employment testing;
• Must be able to do shift rotation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment to produce quality parts.
• Perform necessary measuring and machine checks to ensure quality and quantity targets are being met.
• Follow all safety procedures & instructions.
• Attend annual health and safety training, including but not limited to, WHMIS and Lockout/Tagout training.

Shift Schedules:

• 3 shift rotation (7.5 hour @ days, afternoons, and nights)
• Straight nights available upon request
• Continental shift rotation (11.5 hour @ days and nights based on operational needs)
• Overtime weekend (based on operational needs)
