Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing fitness consultations and understanding the prospects goals
• Performing fitness assessments
• Administer body scan technology and interpret results
• Selling long term personal training packages
• Tracking client's success
• Reaching out to prospects regarding their goals
• Floor pulls to help members reach their goals
• Organizing the personal training team
• Being creative with social media to promote the club, the coaches and all the success stories

To be successful in this position, you MUST:

• be personable and presentable
• understand the fitness industry
• be extremely confident in your sales abilities
• be extremely self motivated to earn huge dollars
• Have strong health and fitness knowledge
• Have strong command of the English language
• A current personal training certification or ability to obtain

As a 24/7/365 club, your hours are what you make them, along with the set hours in the club that are mutually agreed upon. You will have to schedule your hours during peak usage times.
