The bishop of the Anglican Diocese of British Columbia seeks part-time Priest for the parish of St. Philip, Cedar (Nanaimo).

The parish of St. Philip, Cedar is one of ten Anglican parishes in the Cowichan/Mid-Vancouver Island area and one of forty-six diocesan parishes extending across Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands of the Salish Sea and Kingcome Inlet.
OUR MINISTRY
St. Philip, Cedar is a community of approximately 50 active parishioners centred around the eucharist and actively seeking to act as a tangible witness of God’s love through Christian outreach. The parish strives to be an open and affirming community of Christians that welcomes anyone seeking companionship, spiritual nourishment and opportunity for worship. St. Philip Cedar is in a small rural mid-island area, only minutes from downtown Nanaimo, or ferries to Vancouver. Founded in 1891 the parish has a long history of service in the community that strongly continues today through parishioner led ministries and most, if not all, parishioners are active participants.
