Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Engineer PS&TP who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. This role based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

PS & TP design and commissioning, in order to achieve the requirements in terms of time, quality and cost imposed by the assigned projects

• 
  Ensure the interface with the other relevant technologies
• Ensure test planning and coordination of operational activities on site according to schedule
• Ensure the Verification activities on Power Supply & Traction Power documents, according to the V&V Plan
• Ensure the execution of the test and issuing the test report and non compliances according to quality procedures and proposing remedy actions
• Ensure the identification of the contractual requirements about PS&TP design.
• Contribute to the Contact line standardization across different projects.
• % completion of activity budget with respect to the planned one in the project
• % reduction of design releases issued with respect to previous projects

Education / Qualifications

> Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or Information Technology or Equivalent technical experience.

> Candian P.Eng is highly desirable.
