We have an exciting opportunity for a Director, Technology Services to join our senior leadership team in Information Technology. You provide leadership and oversight to the Technology Services department that includes databases, middleware, network, telecom, servers and citrix teams.

You set the strategic direction that aligns the department to the required level of excellence in technology definition, implementation and sustainment, and you ensure the appropriate technology solutions, design and implementation support for projects. You develop and recommend policies, procedures and guidelines for the management and delivery of technology infrastructure services.

You have a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or an IT related discipline.

You have extensive experience managing and supporting infrastructure environments which includes technology implementation and support, in a complex IT environment, with multiple technologies, distributed computing and geographically distributed end-user community.

You demonstrate ability to foster positive and collaborative relationships, building trust through goal alignment and transparency. You also have the ability to convey complex technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in a matter that is easily understood, authoritative, and actionable for the business.
