Lifting Solutions is in need of a highly service-oriented Client Solutions Field Administrative Assistant to support our business. We are looking for somebody with a client centric disposition who exudes the Lifting Solutions brand and enjoys working in a deadline-driven environment.

This position can either be based in Bonnyville or Edmonton Alberta however the successful candidate will be supporting the operation in Bonnyville.

The Salary range for the successful candidate dependant on qualificaiotns and experience is $23.00 to $ 28 .00 per hour.

Your Responsibilities

The Client Solutions Field Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting multiple departments in their day-to-day activities while working in and supporting a positive office environment.

In alignment with the Lifting Solutions mission, vision, values, and our culture, other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing general field administrative support
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams to create quality, professional, and accurate quotations in a timely manner
  • Highly accurate data entry using our various systems of record
  • Assisting the Finance team with invoicing and payroll time entry
  • Provide and assist with document and electronic file management

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Completion of a post-secondary program focused on general business or office administration (or equivalent experience)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint
  • Tech savvy
  • Previous experience in the oil and gas industry within the confines of the Bonnyville- Cold Lake district considered as an asset.
