Myticas Consulting's direct client is looking for a Bilingual Organizational Change Management Consultant for a Hybrid role in Ottawa.
The successful candidate must possess a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance.
Qualifications:
- University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, business or a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience facilitating meetings/sessions with small and large groups in both official languages
- A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in delivering training to an adult audience on technical and non-technical subject matters in both official languages
- A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience providing advisory services to senior executives in both official languages
- Change Management Certification (PROSCI or other)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both official languages, particularly in writing clear and concise documents for a technical audience
- Additional Qualifications The following will also be considered:
- Demonstrated ability to organize effectively
- PMP certification
- Certified Agile Leadership designation
