What Will You Do?

• Repairs trucks, trailers and equipment as required by the Lead-Hand Mechanic or the Shop Supervisor.
• Document all repairs on work orders or computer system. Fill out appropriate inspections sheets when required.
• Ensure all parts are marked in on a daily basis.
• When required, ability to safety all equipment.
• When necessary, ability to road test vehicles.
• Communicate with dispatch on a daily basis to prioritise availability of equipment and any no-go equipment.
• Follow shop procedures and company policies relating to use of shop and Occupational Health & Safety regulations
• All other duties as required.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Fully certified and licenced or 3rd year Registered Apprentice (Class 310T Truck and Coach Licence).
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, TMT).
• Organizational skills, ability to remain calm in demanding times.
• Positive attitude with proven people skills.
• Honest, diplomatic and trustworthy
