What will you be doing?

• CWB Supervisor responsibilities which includes training, meeting with auditors and administration of procedures and CWB requirements
• Complex layout for weld assemblies on, structural steel & miscellaneous metals scope.
• Read & interpret shop drawings and weld diagrams to ensure accuracy of work.
• Use hand tools, torches and other tools as required to complete work.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a heavy steel fabrication/machining/assembly environment
• Weld and fit components together using MIG welding
• Read & interpret shop drawings and weld diagrams to ensure accuracy of work
• Use hand tools, torches and other tools as required to complete work
• 5 or more years experience as a Welder Fitter working on custom components
• Capable of reading & interpreting shop drawings and weld diagrams
• Able to lift up to 50lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Safety conscious
• Overhead Crane and Rigging an asset
• Ideally you have TSSA tickets
